Pricing:

Screenprinting pricing is based on several factors.

One Time Charges: To begin your new order there will be charges involved that we consider one-time charges, these include:

  1. Charges are incurred for new artwork or modifications to your existing artwork,

  2. Color separations charges are incurred to separate your design into each color we will print.

  3. Film Positive charges are incurred to create a film positive image for each color in each print location.

  4. Burning your image onto our screens. Again, the number of screens necessary will be dictated by number of print locations and number of colors printed for each print location.

These charges apply to your original order and normally are not charged again for re-orders of the same design. It is our policy to hold your screens for 1 year from date of original order. As long as you order your design at least once a year - you will not incur additional charges for these items, unless changes are made to the artwork that create a need to redo the steps in this process.

We also consider discounting these one-time charges for large orders over 300 pieces.

We will bid your order, with the above one-time charges outlined for you. In addition, other factors that affect pricing are:

1. Garment Style Selection.
2.
Total number of items orders.
3.
Total number of print locations.
4.
Total number of print colors per location.
5.
Flashing charges when necessary.

Money Saving Tips:

  1. Print fewer colors (each color adds another screen and

    adds costs)

  2. Use white or light colored garments (dark colors cost

    a bit more.)

  3. Order larger quantities – we give discounts based on order size.

  4. Print in fewer locations. Each additional print location adds cost to your order.
