Our story begins in July, 1990, in northern California, the beautiful community of Mt. Shasta, where family members, Karen Aiello-DeBortoli and Dan Robertson began their partnership with the purchase of Custom Designs Screen Printing Business. 2020 marks our 30th anniversary in the screen printing & embroidery business. We offer custom screen printed and embroidered garments for your school, athletic team, event, business, reunion, organization and public service industry. We are licensed to print garments with the US Department of Agriculture insignia and over the years we have specialized in providing t- shirts, hats, sweatshirts and more for many departments within the fire service industry. We are also the screen printer of choice for many events, organizations, businesses, athletic teams, schools and more.

With 30 years of "hands-on" experience, partners Karen and Dan work together to handle all aspects of the screen printing and embroidery business, from concept, to design, to production. Karen works closely with our customers to make sure their needs are met. She handles their requests from concept to design, working closely with our team of artists every step of the way. She handles all price quotes, product orders, and does all embroidery work. Dan's time is spent in the print shop where he handles the screen preparation and printing needs of all screen printing orders. Everything we do is in-house which ensures your custom apparel will be printed accurately, and on time. Together we can assure our customers that we are totally invested in each and every order we produce, paying close attention to detail and quality of their order.
